Our production line divided into five parts: crochet workshop, Embroidery workshop,Jacquard workshop,Shaft code workshop and packing department.
1. Crochet workshop have 60 sets of crochet machine, mainly produce crochet trims, such as tassel/fringe trim, pom pom trim, sequin trim, gimp/braid trim and other crochet trim.
2. Embroidery workshop have 35 sets of embroidery machine, mainly produce Water soluble embroidery lace, mesh embroidery lace, eyelet lace.
3. Jacquard workshop have 60 sets of high speed shuttleless machine. Typical products is all type of webbing, grosgrain tape, twill tape, knit tape etc.
4. Shaft code workshop have 65 sets of shaft code machine. Mainly produce rick rack, cords.
5. Packing department is around 50 experienced staffs in this department. All goods are 100% checked before packing. Measured by hand to avoid short packing. QC department (5 staffs) is also on the first floor, it's more convenient to inspect the goods.
